Formation
There is only one set of conjugations for regular verbs in the conditional tense.
This tense is formed by adding the endings to the infinitive of the verb.
Here are the endings for all regular verbs.

Usage
There are two main uses of the conditional tense:
First, indicating what would happen if a certain condition were true (in conjugation with the future tense), as well as making requests more polite (when asking a question). Remember the key word “would” when you are thinking of the conditional.
